Co-development is a method of support and collective learning that brings together a group of 6 to 8 people and a facilitator. This approach to sharing and collaboration aims to clarify professional situations and generate concrete solutions.
The professional co-development group is based on real situations drawn from the experiences of its members. In each session, one participant, acting as the "client," presents a problem or project from their practice to the group. At the end of each session, the "client," assisted by the consultants, develops a concrete and realistic action plan that can be implemented by the next meeting. To ensure everyone can act as a "client" during the session, there are as many meetings as there are participants.
Roles and expectations vary depending on whether one is acting as a client or a consultant. However, each session represents a learning opportunity for all.
