Training
Facilitating a Professional Codevelopment Workshop
What if your teams learned how to learn together?
Co-development allows you to step back from your daily practices, strengthen your communication and leadership skills, and find concrete solutions to your managerial challenges. By leveraging collective intelligence, you develop a reflective mindset and sharper decision-making, which you can directly apply to your day-to-day interactions with your teams. The result: more human, effective, and adaptive management in the face of real-world complexity.
Become a skilled facilitator of professional co-development groups by mastering the theoretical foundations, practical tools, and key facilitation postures based on the Payette and Champagne approach.
