Clémence Lartigau

After an early career in human resources in France and abroad for a major French corporation, Clémence shifted in 2016 toward HR consulting by joining a Paris-based consulting and training firm.

Training alongside experts in relationships and motivation, she became involved in supporting teams and managers who seek to improve performance by focusing on engagement. Certified in co-development in 2020, Clémence also contributes to building more supportive managerial communities.

Now independent and certified as a professional coach (RNCP – IAE Bordeaux), she is involved in change support for a wide range of individuals and groups.

Her approach, centered on human relationships and motivational levers, fosters engagement and sustainable change. Far from a dogmatic stance, and in constant pursuit of realism and nuance to relieve leaders from paralyzing pressures, she takes care of those she supports so they can regain confidence and the power to act.
