I am a trainer and consultant who support managers and organizations through periods of transition, growth, and increased complexity.

I previously led a team of 50 people in the sports industry, which strongly shaped my practical understanding of leadership challenges.​

 

My background is in communication and management, and I design training programs focused on managerial posture, communication, and team mobilization.​

 

My approach is pragmatic, human-centered, and experience-based, combining reflection, experimentation, and peer learning.
